We offer single-action hinged steel doors, double-leaf steel doors, and sliding door systems — all fabricated to customer specifications in mild steel, stainless steel, or aluminium sandwich panel construction. Every door is produced in our Mussafah M11 workshop with tight dimensional control to ensure smooth, reliable operation and a consistent gap tolerance around the entire frame perimeter. Hardware — including hinges, closers, locks, latches, and crash bars — is selected and fitted to suit the specific application and security rating required.
Our heavy-duty steel doors are fabricated from 1.5mm to 3mm mild steel sheet formed into a rigid box-section or channel-reinforced frame with a solid or honeycomb-core infill. They are ideal for factory, warehouse, substation, plant room, and server room applications where security and robustness are the primary requirements. Standard features include adjustable steel hinges, deadlock or lever-operated latch set, and a door closer. Options include vision panels with wire-reinforced or toughened glass, louvred ventilation panels, kick plates, and anti-ligature hardware for secure institutional environments.
Our sliding doors are engineered for applications where optimised traffic flow, space efficiency, and thermal or acoustic insulation are required. They are available in mild steel sheet construction for standard industrial use, and in aluminium-faced rigid polyurethane (PU) or polystyrene (EPS) sandwich panel construction for applications requiring thermal insulation — including cold store entrances, cleanroom airlocks, pharmaceutical facilities, and temperature-controlled warehouses.
Sliding door systems are available in manual, spring-counterbalanced, and full electric drive versions. Electric sliding doors can be integrated with push-button controls, floor loops, radar presence detectors, and access control systems. Trackwork is heavy-duty galvanised or stainless steel, rated for the specified door weight and cycle frequency. We fabricate single-leaf, bi-parting, and multi-leaf configurations to cover openings from 2.0m to 10.0m wide and up to 6.0m high.
We also fabricate fire-rated steel doors certified to BS 476 Part 22 or EN 1634 standards in FD30 (30-minute) and FD60 (60-minute) ratings. Fire door assemblies include intumescent seals, door closers, and fire-rated ironmongery as part of a certified complete assembly. We supply fire door installation certificates and can coordinate with local civil defense inspectors for approval.
