We fabricate gates in mild steel (the most cost-effective and widely specified material for gates), stainless steel (for prestige applications and coastal environments), and aluminium (for lightweight applications requiring corrosion resistance without the cost of stainless steel). All mild steel gates are hot-dip galvanised or zinc-primed and powder-coated in any RAL colour as standard — essential for longevity in the UAE's harsh climate.

Automation & Access Control

All our gate systems can be supplied with automated drive systems from leading manufacturers including FAAC, BFT, CAME, and Nice. Automation options include underground linear actuators for swing gates, rack-and-pinion drives for sliding gates, and hydraulic systems for heavy-duty and high-security applications. We integrate intercom systems, video surveillance, RFID access cards, remote control, and safety edge sensors as part of a complete automated entrance solution. Our electrical team handles all cabling, control panel installation, and commissioning.

Design & Fabrication

Every gate project begins with a site survey to assess opening dimensions, ground conditions, structural support points, power availability, and security requirements. Our design team produces detailed fabrication drawings and, where required, structural calculations for heavy gates or automated systems. Fabrication is completed in our Mussafah M11 workshop to tight dimensional tolerances, ensuring that gates open and close smoothly and that all locking mechanisms operate reliably from day one.
