We offer a comprehensive range of metal fabrication services including steel canopies, stainless steel cladding, CNC waterjet cutting, custom cabinetry, cabinet works, stainless steel and mild steel furniture, commercial kitchen equipment, SS handrails, refurbishment and repair, and precision CNC turning and machining. All work is carried out in our fully equipped workshop in Mussafah M-11, Abu Dhabi.

Absolutely. We regularly work from client-supplied CAD drawings, sketches, and specifications. Our team can also assist with drawing preparation and design development if required. We produce shop drawings for client approval before any fabrication begins.

Our primary specialisation is stainless steel (SS 304 and SS 316) and mild steel (MS). We also work with aluminium and galvanised steel. All materials are sourced from certified suppliers with full material test certificates.

SS 304 is the most widely used grade — suitable for general food service, hospitality, and architectural applications. SS 316 contains molybdenum giving it superior resistance to chloride corrosion, making it the preferred choice for coastal environments and chemical processing. We advise clients on the correct grade for their specific project environment.

Yes. Our fabrication procedures conform to ASTM, BS EN, and ISO standards as applicable. Structural designs account for UAE wind load and environmental requirements. We provide material test certificates, inspection reports, and compliance documentation on request.

Lead time depends on project size and complexity. Small fabrication items typically take 5–10 working days. Larger structural or multiple-item projects range from 2–6 weeks. We always confirm lead time at the quotation stage and are committed to meeting the agreed delivery date.

Yes. We offer complete supply-and-install service for most product ranges including steel canopies, cladding, handrails, walkways, and structural steel. Our site teams are experienced working across all types of commercial and industrial sites in the UAE.

Yes. We deliver and install across the UAE including Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Al Ain. Out-of-emirate delivery and installation logistics are agreed at quotation stage and included in project pricing.
