Our handrail systems are available in Grade 304 stainless steel for standard interior applications and Grade 316 marine-grade stainless steel for coastal properties, poolside installations, and any outdoor environment where salt air, moisture, and UV exposure demand the highest level of corrosion resistance. Surface finishes include satin brushed No. 4 (the most popular for contemporary interiors and commercial spaces), mirror polished No. 8 (for luxury hospitality and high-end residential applications), and powder-coated mild steel for applications where cost is the primary consideration.
All our handrail and balustrade systems are designed to comply with UAE Fire and Life Safety Code of Practice requirements, including minimum guardrail height specifications (1,100mm for locations with a fall of more than 1.0m), maximum infill opening dimensions, and horizontal loading requirements. We can provide structural calculations and method statements for building permit applications, and liaise with municipality inspectors and civil engineers on approval requirements. Toughened glass panels used in balustrade infill are certified to BS EN 12150 or equivalent standards.
Every handrail project begins with a site survey and dimensional take-off. Our design team produces shop drawings and, where required, 3D rendered images for client and consultant approval. Fabrication is carried out in our Mussafah workshop, with all tube bending, cutting, welding, and polishing completed before delivery. Installation is by our trained fixing teams using appropriate wall plugs, chemical anchors, or base plate and bolt systems depending on the substrate and structural requirements. All installations are inspected and load-tested before handover.
